Maharashtra Education Careers (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides admission counselling and guidance for MBA, PGDM, graduation and related programs through the website mahaeducation.in. This policy applies to this website and to the forms, pop-ups and enquiries you submit through it.

6How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as needed to provide counselling for your admission cycle, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete them – whichever is earlier. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
7Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No internet transmission or storage is completely risk-free, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect misuse of your data, contact us immediately.
8Your rights & choices
In line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you may:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate details
